How Incense Promotes Sense Elevation

Through my "I AM" Connection, you can learn to elevate your 6 senses through my incense blends. Using your senses is the key to connection to Self, Spirit, & the Universe. Your senses are the most important part of your Being enabling you to interact with the world. Let me show you how below:

TOUCH: As you burn your favorite incense blend, you can learn to use specific finger and hand motions to aid your meditation practice. I call it the "Touch Sensation". You rub your thumb and index fingers slowly together in a circular pattern. Allow yourself to feel the ridges of your fingertips. It is very relaxing!

SIGHT: You can fixate on a specific object, painting, or scenery that will aid in your meditation practice. Allow your gaze to draw you inward with a calming and soothing incense blend. You can view a picture of someone close to your heart, the sun in the sky, or even a picture of a beach scene.

SMELL: I believe this is the primary scent of the basic 5 senses. Use your sense of smell to bring the aroma of my incense blends to take you to a quiet and grounding place. Any of my incense blends can take you from states of relaxation and calmness to uplifting and energizing.

MIND: Our 6th sense and one that does not get much attention. I believe this is the most important sense! This activates your sacred self and promotes a deep connection with your Spirit and the Universe. Allow my incense blends to take you to a deeper state of connection.

HEARING: When you are in a state of silence, you begin to "hear" what Spirit and the Universe are trying to say to you. It takes concentration, discipline, and commitment to a connection practice. Be patient and commit to 5-10 minutes per day just sitting in solitude and silence listening to Spirit. You will be amazed at what you "hear". Look for signs, listen for messages, and then take action! How about music - there is nothing like the beautiful sound of musical instruments to calm you.

TASTE: This is the least used of the senses, but still very important. You certainly cannot eat my incense blends, but you can enjoy a fine meal while burning them. Allow yourself the time to slowly enjoy your meal and notice how you feel when you taste the different flavors. Eating and burning incense at the same time can be a very enjoyable moment.

I discovered how our 6 senses play a pivotal role in becoming more aware and living in the present moment. We need to pause, take a deep breath, and just savor each moment of each day. You do this by engaging your senses.
